What We Do
Community for Coaches exists to help coaches develop and successfully live out a transformational purpose in the lives of those whom they influence. How do we do that?
What does it look like for CFC to serve and assist coaches on their journey of defining and living out their purpose?
CFC connects with coaches in three main ways:
Coaching Life Groups
Coaching Life Groups are groups of 3-12 coaches that meet weekly for frank discussion about what it looks like practically to use our platform as coaches as a tool to impact lives. Some of these groups have a direct spiritual focus, drawing encouragement from prayer and God’s Word, while others focus more specifically on coaches and their opportunity to do good in the lives of others. Coaching Life Groups are designed to help coaches at all levels develop a personal coaching purpose statement and a plan for accomplishing that purpose, while providing the encouragement and support that will enable coaches to live it out. Coaching Life Groups typically meet early on weekday mornings for 10-12 weeks in the fall and again for 10-12 weeks in the spring. Many groups meet at area schools, but are also open to any coaches/leaders who seek to connect with people in an effort to maximize the good we can do through our unique calling as coaches.
