Coaching with PurposeCoaching With Purpose (CWP) is a series of 13 lessons designed to help coaches at all levels answer critically important questions, beginning with “Why do I coach?”
Watch the video below for an intro to Coaching With Purpose & how we share that with coaches through a workshop:
Why do you coach? How do you define and measure success? These first three introductory lessons will get your wheels turning, as you stop and reflect on important questions like these. Module 1 culminates with the creation of your Coaching Purpose Statement, an incredibly useful tool with the power to change lives.
Five lessons that provide practical ideas and tools to support your Coaching Purpose Statement.
Five final lessons designed to help coaches formalize a well-developed plan to live out their purpose.
In Modules 2 and 3 of CWP, you have the option of using the “Plus” version. The Plus version covers all the same topics and also includes faith-based elements, such as Biblical references, memory verses, and if you are involved in a Coaching Life Group with others using the Plus version, we encourage you to begin each group meeting by sharing prayer requests and opening and closing in prayer.
