The next few Fridays for me are so full of scheduled ‘stuff’ that I might not get to writing more for 3 weeks instead of my usual 2. One caller on the radio this morning raised the question of the importance of coaching. Is it the Coaches or the players who deserve most of the credit for the success of a team? We’ve heard this question before, and I think it’s an interesting one. It’s interesting because in our society we like to know who to praise and who to blame and what percentage of praise/blame should be assigned to the parties involved. All I can say is why?
