Sometimes things come my way that knock my socks off. That happened last week when I listened to the podcast interview our guy Alec did with David Durand, the author of B.E.T. On It: A Psychological Approach to Coaching Gen Z and Beyond. Their discussion blew me away, and I think every coach out there would benefit greatly from giving it a listen.
